The Ajman Department of Tourism launches a performance-based incentive scheme for Indian travel agents to boost visitor numbers through December.

The Ajman Department of Tourism, Culture and Media launched a performance-based incentive programme for Indian travel agents on Tuesday, 1 September, to increase visitor numbers from one of the UAE’s primary source markets. The "Ajman Partner Tourism Growth Incentive Programme" will offer financial or commercial rewards to agents who secure confirmed passenger bookings for the emirate between 15 September and 1 December. Roadshow Targets Three Major Cities The announcement followed a targeted promotional roadshow held in Mumbai, Chennai, and Hyderabad. During the events, Ajman tourism officials held B2B meetings with tour operators and destination management companies to integrate the emirate into standard UAE travel itineraries. The department is focusing on India to diversify its international visitor base as part of the Ajman Vision 2030 development plan.
