Ajman automates rental contract cancellations to eliminate all manual procedures

The Ajman Municipality & Planning Department has launched a unified digital service that automates the cancellation of all rental contract types, eliminating 100 percent of manual bureaucratic procedures. The system, effective on Tuesday, 25 August, allows for instant termination once both parties approve the request digitally, removing the need for physical document submissions or staff reviews. Automation through the Tasdeeq system The new service is integrated into the Tasdeeq system, accessible via the department’s official website. Under the new protocol, the cancellation process is triggered automatically and completed instantly without human intervention. Previously, contract terminations required specific attachments and manual processing by municipal employees.
