Air India Express Opens Bookings for Navi Mumbai-Abu Dhabi Route

Direct flights between the new DB Patil International Airport and Zayed International Airport are scheduled to begin in March 2025.
Air India Express has officially opened ticket sales for its direct flight service connecting Abu Dhabi with the newly developed Navi Mumbai International Airport (DBH). The low-cost carrier will operate the route to Zayed International Airport (AUH), marking one of the first international connections from Mumbai’s second aviation hub. Launch Schedule and Route Details Operations for the Navi Mumbai-Abu Dhabi route are scheduled to commence on March 31, 2025. The airline will utilize its Boeing 737 aircraft for the service. This expansion provides a secondary gateway for travelers in the Mumbai metropolitan region, offering an alternative to the congested Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport (BOM). Zayed International Airport has been rapidly expanding its network of Indian carriers following the opening of its Terminal A. Air India Express already maintains a significant presence in Abu Dhabi, operating flights from several Indian cities including Kochi, Kozhikode, Thiruvananthapuram, and Mangaluru.
