Air Arabia, the Middle East and North Africa’s first low-cost carrier, has opened applications for cabin crew positions to support its expanding operations at Sharjah International Airport. The recruitment drive targets candidates capable of maintaining safety standards and providing customer service across the airline’s international network. Eligibility and Physical Requirements Prospective candidates must be at least 21 years old and hold a minimum of a High School diploma or Higher Secondary certificate. Physical requirements are strictly enforced; female applicants must meet a minimum height of 160 cm, while all candidates must be able to pass a standard reach test. A body mass index (BMI) within the healthy range is required for all applicants. Fluency in written and spoken English is a primary requirement for the role. While not mandatory for all positions, proficiency in Arabic or other languages—including Russian, Urdu, or French—is considered a significant advantage during the selection process.
