ADSM and Gracia Group launch leadership program for Emirati private sector talent

The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) and Gracia Group have launched a specialized Executive Leadership Program designed for UAE nationals in the private sector. Developed in partnership with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC), the initiative focuses on upskilling citizens through Nafis, the federal program for professional development.
