The Abu Dhabi School of Management (ADSM) and Gracia Group have launched a specialized Executive Leadership Program designed for UAE nationals in the private sector. Developed in partnership with the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (ETCC), the initiative focuses on upskilling citizens through Nafis, the federal program for professional development. Advanced Training for Emirati Professionals The curriculum, delivered at ADSM’s campus, targets mid-to-senior level Emirati professionals and entrepreneurs. It focuses on strategic management, agricultural innovation, and leadership in diversified industries. The program follows a directive from the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ADCCI) to increase the technical competency of the local workforce in high-growth sectors. Course modules are structured to translate theoretical business frameworks into operational success within the UAE’s competitive market. Participants will receive certification from ADSM upon completion, qualifying them for higher responsibility roles within their respective organizations. Strategic Integration with Nafis Goals The program’s launch on Saturday, 18 July comes as the UAE government accelerates its "Nafis" targets to integrate 75,000 Emiratis into the private sector by 2026.
