The Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK) has signed a strategic partnership with the Emirates College for Advanced Education (ECAE) to increase Emirati representation within the teaching workforce. The initiative focuses on recruiting and training UAE nationals for roles in the capital’s private and Charter school sectors. Under the agreement, 100 Emirati graduates will undergo a specialized training program at ECAE.
