ABU DHABI — Demonstrating an enduring national commitment to social stability, family cohesion, and world-class community living, the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority (ADHA) has officially announced the launch of digital bookings and sales for 1,500 residential villas within the prestigious West Baniyas Housing Project. Developed in close strategic collaboration with premier master developer Modon Properties, the flagship residential development represents one of the capital’s most significant integrated housing master plans, with construction progressing rapidly toward handover in the second quarter of 2027. The announcement comes during the UAE’s celebrated ‘Year of the Family’, infusing the project with deep social significance. In direct response to the leadership’s directives to foster intergenerational family harmony and strengthen community ties, the ADHA has structured the booking process around an innovative, four-phase allocation mechanism designed specifically to empower extended families to live side-by-side. Under the phased booking criteria, the initial phase is dedicated to immediate first- and second-degree relatives—including parents, children, and siblings—allowing them to coordinate their selections and reserve adjoining or neighboring residential plots simultaneously.
