Abu Dhabi enforces Dh3,000 fine for blocking emergency vehicles

Abu Dhabi authorities have enforced a Dh3,000 fine for motorists who fail to give way to emergency vehicles, the Abu Dhabi Civil Defence Authority announced on Saturday, 15 August. In addition to the financial penalty, violating drivers will receive six black points on their traffic file and face a 30-day impoundment of their vehicle. \n\n New enforcement campaign launched \n The penalty is being highlighted as part of a joint awareness campaign titled "Don’t Hesitate...
